My daughter and I took Jill’s “Strength Based Astrology” class and I have to say it was truly one of the highlights of my life.  Tatiana and I had the greatest time at Omega.  Not only is Jill one of the warmest, kind and PATIENT individuals I have ever met, but her knowledge and insight is amazing! 

 

The most remarkable thing I learned was that our differences really are what “makes-the- world-go-round”.  I know myself better and my daughter and I are closer for having taken Jill’s class together.

I think we each have an instinctive need to understand that we are accepted.  Acceptable.  That the nature of our beings is in right order with who we are meant to be.  And to that end…. We search for the answers.  Something to indicate that we are magnificent as is.

 

Welcome to Strength Based Astrology TM 

 

I grew up in the Southwest.  There is nothing more lovely than a wet winter that provides the desert with a multitude of brightly colored flowers.  The sheer variety of colors and textures creates a beauty too great to simply see…. It becomes a picture worth soaking in.  I have discovered the same fascination and love for who we are in the varied textures and brightly colored aspects offered through study in astrology.

 

It is our diversity that makes us strong.  It is the birthright of our uniqueness that adds to the whole.

 

I often have people ask me “Is that good or bad” when looking through the lens of astrology.  My answer is forever the same.  “YES”.  An electrical outlet is good if you are using it for something beneficial, like plugging in a light.  It is “bad” if you are using it for a depository for loose change.  One helps.  One hurts.  You and I each have strengths to who we are that are helpful and hurtful.  And the way in which we choose to use those strengths determines which one of the two it will be.

 

In strength based astrology TM, I look to find the strength and then explore the ways it might show up.  When we have understanding, we can make decisions that help us far more often than hurt us.  And yes, I did say decisions.  I believe astrology can help outline our instincts, but there is no cemented version of who we are and who we will become.  Free Will is our birth right. 

 

I became interested in astrology a quarter of a century ago when someone close to me was casting a chart the old fashioned way (through the tool called Math).  Slowly I began studying astrology.  Fifteen years ago, I began to study in earnest and soon began to practice.  Seven years ago I began to teach astrology through the lens of classical astrology.
